The Pirate Story...

So, in order for you to understand the next Highway 41 post...I must tell you a story which you may or may not have heard.

A few years ago my sister-in-law, a great story-teller told us about an unforgettable moment she spent with my bother. He had started a business and for a couple years worked non-stop with very few days off and no vacations.
She says they were laying in bed and my brother said:
"you know, the business has been going good, maybe we can start thinking about taking vacations again."
She said, "really?"
He said, "yeah, maybe we can go on a cruise, we've never been on a cruise before."
She said, "yeah, a cruise!"
He said, "hey, forget the cruise, we'll just buy a boat. We can sail the seven seas!"
She said, "yeah, sail the seven seas !"

Then there was silence for a few minutes and she said she thought he had drifted off to sleep.

"Except for them pirates," he said,

"F@*k!#g Pirates!"

End of story.

Now,
(Captain Jack and Johnny Depp aside (this story predates the movie),
whenever anything goes wrong...or when things don't go our way...we blame it on the pirates. f__k___ pirates!
